Today I took my trampolining practical coaching exam after nearly three months of work. I passed! First exam I have taken since I was 18 (now I am 40) and the first EVER exam I have taken when not addicted to smoking. And it felt FINE!! So, apart from aching all over and in desperate need of a big fat chinese takeaway, I am very very pleased!

thanks guys! Took the first of the practical day courses after 2 weeks quit which was really hard. But its like any other trigger I suppose. You get through it. Was not sure I would make it without a smoke at the begining to be fair. What are you studying Nog?

I am doing a course in School Management which I can go on to convert to a degree in the 3rd year. I am currently on year 2 which is series of face-to-face residentials and distance learning etc. Enjoyable but hell of a lot of work whilst working full time. Gave up after the first submission of course work so it will be interesting when the pressure builds up this time!!!
