3 months

hi i made it to 3 months and very happy about that, but 1 half stone heavier, it really scares me. i dont eat any different than i did when i was smoking only drinking more coffee. i dont eat choc or drink fizzy. does anyone know if this will settle down??:confused:

Congratulations on 3 months quit that's great well done

Try not to qorry qbout the weight it will settle down in time

Hi Lin

I am drinking more coffee but I take it with milk and sugar which will of course add to the calorie count. I am now trying to drink water every other drink to reduce my intake of the sugar and milk.

Well done on the 3 month quit, I am soooo looking forward to 3 months!

Hi, well done on 3 months! Don't quote me but I read on here once I think that it takes 6 months then your weight starts to settle naturally. Maybe. :confused:

Congrats too you. Hopefully we can all lose weight, the same way...we all quit smoking.
