I no longer crave for ciggie first thing in the morning
Drinking alcohol doesn't appear to make things worse
I've saved £19 vs smoking
I already feel healthier, breathing is easier
From the last time I quit, I am nearly 2/3rds through the difficult part of quitting, from day 21 it becomes a lot easier
The bad points:
I'm eating to much
Nicotine mind games:mad:, dont you just hate it when you keep thinking I'll just go out and have a ciggie - WTF I don't smoke anymore.
Natallie.
I have been quit for 4 Days, 14 hours, 4 minutes and 46 seconds (4 days). I have saved £18.98 by not smoking 91 cigarettes. I have saved 7 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 15/04/2009 00:30
