then for two months - 2nd Lieutenant

3 months - 1st Lieutenant

4 months - Captain

5 months - Major

6 months - Lieutenant Colonel

7 months -Colonel

8 months - Brigadier General

9 months - Major general

10 months - Lieutenant General

11 months - General

1 year - Field Marshall
