YO I made it to day four, slept really badly last night , did a bit of sweating too which suprised me as I thought i was over that !!!

Anyway here I am on day four and now nicotine free...... hope everyone is doing okay.....we can do this.

It's great to see you on day 4. WELL DONE. I'm proud of you. Hope your days just get easier and easier. Night sweats, just means a bit more healing happened last night and that can only be a good thing.

Billy - i aint quitting

Keep going, don't let me down. I said you were going to make it because I have faith in you. I see the no quitting attitude with you. Eventually it sticks. All the previous work adds up into a changed mindset over time.

The most successful people are ones who failed A LOT. I mean A LOT!! The reason for this is the amount of learning built here is huge. You want to make all your mistakes early, get them out of the way. In the end this makes for a strong finisher because they have learned more than those who haven't learned from failure.

I guess i have had a year of failures with the quitting smoking lark, so hey yeah your right I have a hell of a lot of practice at failing !!!

I printed out and read some of your posts and hve to say they helped me a lot, as does the support on here. I dont want to let anyone down, least of all myself !!!
