Hi everyone,I just thought I would drop in and say bye as I am leaving and moving on to WEEK 3 I cannot believe it's been that long already!!!

I have had a bit of a rough week this last week with my moodswings and swollen ankles and not sleeping, but I think I am starting to feel a bit better today(hubbie and kids may disagree!!!) and I can't even imagine having a ciggie now ,how wierd is that after smoking for all those years????

Thanks everyone,I really hope I am over the worst of it!!!! but I know if I am not feeling quite myself, I just log on here and I know I am not the only one going through the same as me and it makes me feel instantly better.
