I've already plunged in to the week two forum, hadn't spotted this thread!
I'm on day 9, cold nut-loaf (I'm a vegetarian, no turkey for me). I started my quit the day I went to Venice for the weekend with my lovely man - and while the complete change in routine really helped, OH MY GOODNESS the Italians like their fags! Everywhere we went people were smoking...but I didn't join them and I'm so pleased with myself.
Since we got back I've got through most of my main danger-zones unscathed - having a day off work to study, driving on my own, going to the shop, etc etc. I've found a quitting app that's really helped, and I've lurked on here for a while reading all your success stories and support. Thought it was time I joined in.
