Well was about to say how quite and calm we both are (mark & me) but Mark just shouted woke the dog and now the dog is running around with his squeeky pig making the most racket possible. Headache here we come lol.

Think that is my que to start in the garden, we are planning on painting the fence today if the weather keeps fine.

Great ... get out in the fresh air.. and sunshine... it makes you feel so much better....

Have been out and cut the grass this morning, My son is away out to play, now sat out in the garden with the lappy in peace and quiet enjoying the sunshine.

It was great logging on and seeing all the posts made me feel great. Didnt get the fence done as it says we need 3 dry days before we paint it and we havent had that yet. But the grass is cut the slabs are scrubbed the windows cleaned and the dog walked. Oh and there is some washing on the line. We are both chilling out now Mark is stuffing his face with his Easter egg and Ive just had some of my iced gems (love them).

Had about 3 big craves but dont think they lasted long one of them I had to pace up and down the other two I just carried on doing what I was doing. Mark has had that empty feeling in his chest but had stayed cheerful bless him.

Well done on getting past those few craves - remember everytime you beat one, you become a little stronger!
