You can do this! Stay busy, hit a pillow, cry, or sing, or whatever but keep going and things WILL get easier. Most of us on here were just as 'addicted' as you.... it was not easy for most of us but we did it and so can you..... there is no magic to it really..... you go minute by minute if need be and you don't smoke. Good going so far :) Keep posting.
