Well done on getting to day 4, that's great and you should feel very proud of yourself!
You have more will power than me when it comes to choice of snacks, I kept caving in and munching sweets n crisps...my healthy eating starts tomorrow, went and stocked up today.
Keep up the good work!

stumbled across site - its helped me today...
hey all ... day 4 for me, and I've been struggling all day - haven't really done any work either. the call of the cig is strong today and doing my head in ... but I'm not going back. reading all the posts has really helped today - i was surfing the internet earlier desperately looking for the magic cure to take my mind off smoking. I'll be back later and tomorrow and whenever I need a pick me up - its nice to know there are people out there who appreciate that this quitting thing is hard ... but worth it.

Carrot sticks! I'm impressed. Just don't forget they're carrot stick, I wouldn't want you to accidentaly inhale one! I recently found myself holding a rich tea finger as if it were a cigarete! Glad nobody saw. How embarrasing would that be?
Heavy smoker of roll-ups for 30 years
