Just finished my lunch at work and always go out for a smoke afterwards before returning to my desk so was a bit weird not doing that, went for a quick walk instead.

Well done to you all the first day is hard once you have done the first day it drives you to do the second and so on. You will have great support and advice here. Just take each day as it comes at first dont think about tomorrow or next week. Just deal with the day your in. things improve very fast. xxxxxx

this time of day is always hard after you have lunch etc... today im stuck at my computer which is when i would smoke most as i get bored... i went outside earlier and just stood there i felt like a mad person lol...
