Hi Guys, Had a bad week, but today surprisingly although weekend feeling better... Still dont feel ready to go out drinking yet as associate drinking with smoking... Been hammering the gym and sticking with patches witch seems to work for me... Good luck to everyone and keep going, it will be worth it in the end.. Karen xx

Well Done.
I didnt give up the drink! I faced each trigger head on so carried on having a drink over the weekend, it was the first time I discovered that the craving does only last a very short time and I rode a few cravings that first weekend. It gets easier and easier.
I wish I could fight the craving of wanting cakes and biscuits!!!

Why don't you try fresh fruit and raw veggies sliced up instead of cakes and biscuits works just as well when you get the munchies

Just been reading some of your posts to everyone. You are really encouraging to everyone and it makes a massive difference especially when some days are tough Thanks again And a big well done to U too on giving up and your help and advice to people like me I will try the fruit too as I am eating alot of Haribos and chocolate But working off at gym xx

Glad you find my posts helpful the fruit and veg work for me and slowly the weight is coming off again going on holiday in may and want to be able to get into my size 10/12 again by then if possible
