My hearing seems to have been a bit weird today. Like I'm going a bit deaf sometimes. I think it's more to do with this weird spaced out feeling I'm getting.

It's definitely all a very strange experience.
Lack of nicotine will do that to you. I tried caffeine replacement therapy but now I have had a strange experience with a caffeine product
Im not a coffee drinker, unless I get up very early and need something to wake me up.
I decided to buy these caffeine infused tights which are supposed to tone, firm and smooth out your legs. Ive only worn them twice now and both times, I have experienced the following:
Feeling "high" like someone would if they were on drugs
Feeling as though Im drunk (but not with a hangover afterwards hehe)
I have so much energy and motivation to do things
Its good with having more energy but I also feel a bit out of it lol.
The question is, caffeine can have an effect on you if you drink it in coffee, but if its a product which is absorbed through your skin, can that have the same effect on me as it would if I drank a strong cup of coffee?
Theres nothing Ive changed in my life, where these feelings could be anything else. It has to be the caffeine tights, but it seems so weird. Ive also looked all over the internet for similar stories from others who have worn these, but I can only find good reviews of the product, I cant find anything about what Im feeling.
I want to hear others have tried this and their experience with caffeine tights?
I've had an injury to my leg since I was 23 (28 now). And it cause ridiculous pain all in my back and leg, and side of stomach when it starts. It's been coming and going for years now.
Anyway, since the quit it's been absolutely killing me. It must just be that when I don't sleep as well, and I'm tense, it aggravates it.
Just needed to vent really. Driving me mad. I'm a hypochondriac about it. Thinking its something serious. Driving myself mad. My anxiety is through the roof.
Well, it's nearly the end of day 3 cold turkey
I feel worn out, but it's not a fight I'm about to lose now.
I'd say the main problem I've had, is not cravings, but depression and anxiety. This is something I've got a long history with anyway. It seems to have really triggered my low, black thoughts again. It's made me feel really worried about things.
However, I'm no stranger to dealing with this shit, and yes, it would be easy to fix it in 1 second, but I can fix it in a couple of weeks, after which, I'll feel a lot, lot better than fixing it with a quick fag!
My main problems were the anxiety and depression as well. I only had a couple of cravings the first few days. Hopefully I've come to the end of them now and the sun is shining for once.
