Hi everybody! just been to the doctor and got champix and pain killers!! Went to get repeat script for my hrt and was told my blood pressure was high, not good with hrt.. but Im fed up with stipping off in public (flushes)!!What are possible caused of high blood pressure...SMOKING,DRINKING and STRESS!!!(and yes I do indulge in all 3( me very bad).Sooo,1st step in my new life.. stop smoking,(anyway, you cant be a millionaire successful business person if you stink!!)
The pain killers are for the headache Ive had for about 5 weeks now (lack of oxygen to the brain??) I am so fed up with being an addict to this disgusting weed, I smell, my house smells and even my dog smells.. it will be nice to be sweet!!
Everyone on here is or has been in the same boat, I smoke 40 to 60 a day so this will be quite a challenge, but I go to my boyfreinds every weekend and dont smoke from sat. night to mon. night without problems (how the hell do I do that!!). He hates smoking and keeps saying he doesnt want me to kill myself ,just another good reason to stop, that and the fact that my granddaughter keeps putting a crayon in her mouth and puffing at it.
Good luck to everyone who is brave enough to try to make a MASSIVE difference in their lives ( and to me)! I WILL DO IT THIS TIME!

You have some good reasons there to quit and also the fact that you go every weekend without smoking without problems means you can go without and not have problems with it
