well on the way to one month anniversary now and things should be getting easier but have found last couple of days relly hard? Dont have cravings to smoke as such, just constant 'nagging' thoughts of cigs. Dont know if that makes sense to anyone?
How long before the cravings ease off, and become a rarity?

We are all different, i found the first 3 months difficult, with constant thoughts of cigs, but i was using the nrt gum which now i believe extended my craves due to the intake of nicotine through gum. I stopped taking the gum and had some powerful craves for a few days and the nagging thoughts of smoking have now gone. I sometimes think of smoking, but don't crave for a fag anymore.
I can say after 6 months i don't crave, just reflect and am now confident that i will never smoke again.
