3 Weeks today

God i feel so so pleased with myself 3 weeks today no fags and im so pleased with myself.Like everyone who is at the stage and more it makes me feel so smug and happy,im walking round with a smile on my face and i feel so much fresher.

I know i still have a long long road to climb but my holiday is keeping me focused .
