Still on 21mg patches, so yesterday decided to come off them alltogether, no countdown in strength, was ok yesterday but today I've got to the centre and I feel all wishy washy. Decided to put the patch on that I brought with me and do as my adviser has suggested, be able to do my job properly now I hope. David

Bit of a shock to the system, isn't it? I'm not that great today but better than yesterday
I haveread on here how some people started cutting pieces off their patches to make them smaller, maybe Bilbleblack? I did that the last tiome I tried to quit and it was fine for a while, but I think I stopped using them too quickly, cos I didnt stay off the weed.
I re read the whyquit pages and found a bit that goes on about NRT and prolonging the (agony) withdrawal so I decided to stop using the inhalator on Saturday morning.
Nicotine will out of my system by 11am Tuesday morning, and I really hope I start to feel better and don't have more effects. I'm sure I could cope with cravings but I dont think I have any. Unless the mood swings are a sign of that ........... who knows? Hope you feel better later x
Got hold of my adviser (she is accessible, unlike some) and she said carry on as normal with the patches and see how I am in the morning. I am still shaky and generally feeling washed out, and to make it worse someone just blocked one of the toilets up and flooded all over. Didn't want a smoke though. I will do as I'm told in future. Thanks. David
So sorry you feel washed out but glad to here you don't want a fag just hang in there this is all part of the healing process and am sure you will soon feel better
