I'm Back.....

Evening all,

Unfortunately having reached just over 3 weeks in my previous quit attempt ( I quit on the 16th Jan ) I started smoking again on a holiday in Feb, however, the good news is that I quit again on the 25th Feb and I'm now looking forward to one full month of non smoking.

I started using patches again, but I have managed to go cold turkey for the past 2 weeks :):):).

One other bit of good news is that my wife is on week 3 of her quit.

hi m2v this is my lots of attempts cant remember the exact number but have tried everything before and never got past 5 days

this time however i used champix for a while an i am now at 22 days since i last had a fag and feel good but just need a sleep

the main thing is you are back and not giving in keep up the good work

For some reason I decided to stay away until I'd quit for the same number of days (give or take a day)as before I started again.

My last visit to the nurse tomorrow :).
