Hi Lyn and welcome to the forum.
Great stuff quitting on Monday. 4th day now and hopefully you'll be finding that it isn't as unsurmountable task as you originally thought. You seem to have a few quit aids going there and whatever works for you. I was wondering why you felt the need to wear a patch at night. Afterall, we don't/didn't smoke in our sleep.
Some of us on this site advocate read, read, reading and educating ourselves into a successful quit. You can find very informative links in my sig, but don't feel you need to read all of them all the time. Just take bite size chunks if that's what you wish to do. On top of that there is a huge amount of posts on this forum which will help you get an understanding of a successful quit. Can't forget the wealth of experience that new and old members carry around with us.
Keep posting and asking questions, rant, laugh....basically feel completely free to participate in the forum and add to this wee community. When I state 'wee' I don't mean toilet habits - BB take note please
Enjoy,
Cav

Hi,
I had the 24 hour ones. Struggled as they messed with my sleep patterns so just took them off before bed. As an olympic morning smoker I expected to struggle, but as Cav says, you don't smoke in your sleep. You may just be struggling due to it being a link to a time you smoked. BB is the patch man though I believe. And the Wee man. Apparently.

Correct, and full of good advice on the subject
And the Wee man. Apparently.
Just don't stand too close :p:rolleyes:
