Decided today to stop the NRT I dont think it is helping just making things worse. How long before all this nicotine is gone from my body I want to be clean

Trendy, Not sure when you have been using NRT's when nic is out of system. The links all say 72 hours from last cig that the nic should be gone, but may be less for you as you have just been using NRT's which should be less nic that a smoker. Anyway, set your mind that it's going to be a piece of cake, and it will be. Keep busy, drink lots of fruit juice or water, and read! You can do this!

Well done you the nicotine will be out of your system in 3 days same as if you went C T from the start of your quit just hang in and you'll be fine

I think you'll be fine.... don't anticipate anything horrid.... you have not been smoking and a lot of the 'pain' we feel is actually mental not physical. Seems like you have been making that mental shift already so no worries!! You can do this
