Feeling pretty good, woke up this morning with no cough and have had the most energy I have had in months. I think the sunshine helped a little too.

Walked past the smoking spot at work and didn't realise until today how strong the smell really is.

theres a smelly coat behind where I sit at work which is worn by a heavy smoker. thats a constant reminder not to smoke!
