Thanks for the advise & links Marge! I already feel the benefits since cutting down :). Must admit I used the Paul Mckenna cd that I had been given earlier, Has really boosted my determination!!
Well done on making the best decision ever and that is to stop smoking.
Day 1 is a great start and you have almost done it now hun, just keep choosing not to smoke and you will be at the end of the first week before you know it.
You will soon be feeling the benefits of kicking the habit.
