hi the start of day 3 for me too,yesterday was hard but managed to do it with the help of the forum,today im a bit more confident but then again just got up.hope you keep clean of the dreaded weed

hello lilbear and mega, i have read through your posts and i am one day behind, hope you both dont mind but reading through helps to see what others are feeling in fromt of you on this journey, its great to share this together and knowing others have done it before you and then those that will follow is wonderful, and hopefully we can all manage to keep on track and stay nic free!

Lilbear, Mega, and Tracy..... good going, you guys! I have found it incredibly helpful to come on here and connect with people going through the same thing. This may not be the funnest thing you have ever done but it will be very much worth it..... I keep going, day by day with the thought of the 1st day I will not think of fags.....
