Hi Kay,

U r probably wanting a fag today because sunday is usually a very laid back day where u do pretty much nothing. if u r using NRT then use some coz it helps and just keep urself busy.

Find things to do and keep busy.... it will help tons for the first few weeks! I myself started cleaning frenzies on the weekend..... house has never been so tidy!
