Well done Kay on day four. It gets alot easier now you are past the dreaded day 3.
Great that your keeping yourself busy. I find that I am doing alot more now. I used to say awwww I do it after this smoke and the thing never got done but now if I see it needs doing I do it.
Day 13 for myself and I cant believe how much ciggs held me back in life. I feel alot better. I have more energy and I can smell a smoker from a mile away and I tell you this, it stinks :eek: and before when I smoked I didn't notice it :confused:

WOW well done eileeng73 day 13 thats great,ar u feeling more hungey?that really does worry me as im trying to loose weight before my holiday.
How are you finding it?
Yes it does stink big time cause my oh still smokes and he has to go out side or in the back room and it does stink.Would of liked him to pack up with me but no he woudnt men.
So im doing it for me and for when i go on holiday

was feeling hungry all the time but I can only do one thing at a time so I decided a wee bit of weight isn't going to do me any harm but smoking is. But come to think of it today Im not feeling hungry at all, maybe Im over it...lol...wishful thinking :rolleyes:.
Although I am eating more I am also drinking alot of water and walking more so this should even things out
I know you will be totally fine for you holidays, Just imagine how much more energy you will have :D.

Kay.... great job on your 4th day. Gaining weight is a pain but I wouldn't worry about it..... thinking those types of thoughts can trigger cravings..... you sound really positive and you want to stay that way! Try to drink water (after a whole glass of it I usually don't want to eat anything) Just have to pee a lot :D or chew gum when you get the urge to eat.... keep it up!!
