hi all im on champix and now im on day 4 and had a good day today the cravings are manageable and i went to softplay and mcds and didnt think about fags hopefully its onwards and upwards from here on in

Day 4 is great well done you I also quit with the help of champix and found it much easier than I thought it would be having tried to stop many times before

It is certainly onwards and upwards but don't forget to be wary of those little sods the nico :eek:demons they will do there best to stop you they can be very sneaky
