3 Weeks tomorrow!

Tomorrow will be 3 weeks!!

Yay really proud of myself, but feeling a bit anxious tonight and a little sad

Just having one of them days i think. Seem to be worrying alot and have that dread feeling in my belly

but on a more positive note, my chest feels so much better and i smell lovely!!

Well done 3 weeks is a fantastic achievement, feel proud you deserve to.

Its not unusual for people to feel a bit anxious about or sad or to have a bit of dread, you spent years as a smoker and now you need to practice being a non smoker for a bit until you get used to it. Its kind of unknown territory learning to live without what perceived as a "crutch".

Three weeks is wonderful you are doing really well and should be proud of yourself I think we all probably have one of those days sometimes I know I do

but just look at what you have accomplished in a short space of time it is natural to be anxious now and then and just look at the plus side 2 come to mind very easily

1/ You are already a NON SMOKER

2/ you feel better and smell nicer for quitting as you said yourself

Give yourself a big pat on the back, there is a big big hug on it's way just for you
