I'm back on Day 1 of my quit having failed miserably twice before. Once after six months and again after a month. Used patches as a kick start for the first quit and Champix for the second. Now going CT.
So far so good. I have no intention of failing this time and with my determination and your help and support and all the links I can go to I have high hopes of achieving this. Well maybe "high hopes" are not quite the right words. A more positive saying is "I know I can achieve this".
So here I am and here is where I would like to stay for the next year.
All the best
Jan xx

Glad you have decided to come back and try again. (But not so glad that you have to if you know what i mean!!!)
By now you know the score but i'll say it anyway READ READ READ (You know where!!!!!)
All the best this time.
John
I know what you mean John. If I hadn't been so stupid I would be with you lot now and done a year. Ah well, no point on dwelling on past mistakes more positive to learn from them.
All the usual symptoms of CT are back, their getting to be like old friends now!
So far I'm feeling okay, just the odd feeling of usually having a cig now but not actually wanting one. I can cope with mornings its the afternoons but hopefully will get through this day.
Sorry to see the addiction go the better of you but glad to see you are back beating it.
Take it a day at a time, don't set yourself targets. I think this is what got me where I am now. The freedom you get as a result of dealing with the addiction is so worth it. Keep a it.

Hi Cat
Luverly to see you. I know, to think I was smoke free for six months, how stoopid can you be, (bangs head against wall trying to knock some sense into it).
Seriously, I am going to keep at it. At the moment it is nearing lunchtime and I am having an urge for one. Don't panic, I won't be having one. Taking one second, one minute, etc, at a time.
Silly cows we are putting ourselfs through this all the time. Never mind we Will do it this time girl. Us nanas must stick together. Hope day one gose really easy for you. xxxxxxxxxxxx

Thanx mate. Aren't we just. We will do it both of us - Nanna Power. Day one not too bad, just had some urges for a cig at lunchtime but didn't cave in. Okay at the moment though. xxxx
I am almost at the Penthouse, and you should have been there before me, but never mind all that, I am going to plump up the cushions and put a big "RESERVED" sticker on the comfiest seat, just for you.
The past year has flown in for me, and I just know you can do it this time....
