Eyyy good to hear you're doing so well Denise, that nicotine is long out of your system and never needs to be there again! Like Jim said, before you know it it'll be 3, 4 months, a year, 2 years, and you can look back and think 'why did I ever do it in the first place?!'
Have to agree though - I'd prefer to be in week 3 - I need to get past that dreaded weekend. The nicotine monkey b'stard seems to get stronger at the weekend but I'm sure I can fight him off.
Well done Denise!! You have done brilliantly, I find that day 1 seems soooo long ago, those early days dragged on and on don't you think? Now it's that bit more bearable and life is starting to get a bit more normal! Yay! Keep going, you're doing great!

Remember that first week joe, well without you (my quitting buddy) spurring me on i would of fallen down, keep going hun...i hope things get better for you real soon.
Thanks Denise. I wouldn't have done it without you either. Cravings getting easier now. Just tired I think. Imagine if our team gets through all the months together and before you know it, it'll be New Years Eve 2009??!! That would be an amazing feeling.
Jerry-Lee, we'll put the kettle on if you bring some Cadbury's fingers over to Week 3 please.
