Just checking in to month 6, should have been here a couple of days ago (so i'm late!) hope i've not missed much...

It's been a stressful 5 months but i've got through it, so here's to the next 5 & more!!

Well done to all the January quitters, look where we are now

ps: Haven't used the inhalator for about 6 weeks now, so happy - 5th & final quit for me, I know now that i'll never smoke again

I'm back at the gym now 3 days a week too, didn't have enough money or energy when I smoked... It's a great way to relieve tension & I can get all the frustrations of life out of my system...

Just need to cut down on my wine intake now :eek:;)

Congratulations Denise ! Very deserved and well worth it I am sure.

Just sorry I was a January quitter and now starting at the back of the bus again ugh!! Let that be a lesson to all lol next time anyone thinks of having just one eentsy weentsy cigarette. :eek:

That's exactly it!!

One of the girls at work got me a pasty today for lunch and we ate them in the sun, it felt odd eating it, then seeing her spark up and me not - but it felt really good!!
