Put those feelings where they need to be, right out of your head.

You have done so well, focus on how much you have achieved and why you don't really want to smoke!

Hang in there and as time goes on the bad days will become fewer and fewer!

Yep! i think about smoking now and again! you say you want to smoke-but you chose not to! well done-if you did have a smoke, im sure we would see you again down the line back in the forum on day 1-do you want to go through that again!!!!

I had the same feeling about wanting to smoke ,all I can say it will go away.

Go outside and take a walk . tear up newspapers.........just dont do it...
