Hi there and welcome to the forum.

It bears repeating (you may have seen this elsewhere on the forum) that quitting is a mind game. If you get your head in the "right place" then you will find it much less difficult! I.e. quitting is gaining not sacrificing!

Read as much as you can in preparation the links in my sig are a good place to start!

me to, all the best for the 7th,,like nic said,,read all you can ,get your mind in the right frame,,and you are almost there,,you have 2 choises,,smoke or dont smoke,,you can do it, keep the faith all the best tony
