Well done ld13,
you seem to be doing very well at this quitting lark, keep it up.
All the best
Nic
Well done!
I'm too "scared" to not take it until I am "supposed" to stop, want to ensure the best possible chance of succeeding so, am continuing til the very end.
Hi,
I've been taking Champix throughout my quit (11 weeks tomorrow). From 2 weeks ago I cut down to half a tablet a day and I have now not taken any since Wednesday. I have not had any urges to smoke so I think I am done with them too and it feels great to be "going alone".
Regards
Bernie
so now i really am doing it on my own!!
Congrats for flying solo. I'm sure you'll find that you are more than a match for this stopping smoking lark
Congrats to you, LD, and Bernie - going it alone is a great feeling.
I don't blame you, Cat - if you feel thats what you need. Thats a great decision
