hi everyone this time last week was my first day without smoking can not believe i have come this far it has been no where near as bad as i thought it would be ,dont get me wrong its been hard at times but my family are very proud of me and are keeping me going claire x

yep know how you feel

7 days and in my case £23.00 saved by not buying tobaco or at least double that if it was the ciggies.

puts a smile on my face when my mate gordan brown is not getting hes little taxes of me....

and seeing as we are all he together with the same goals it looks like none of us will be paying tax again....

wish that applied to everything.....sigh
