The weekend !!

Hi all this is the first weekend where i havent smoked and it isnt as bad as i thought i even had one bottle of beer and didnt have the urge to have one .On monday at 10pm it will be 1 week since i had my last fag can not believe i have come this far claire x

I agree its not so bad is it when you know the reasons for quitting out weigh the reasons to smoke your on a winner

I enjoy my glass of wine without the fag,infact its better

Well done, not everyone finds it easy (or at least easier than expected). Those are the people that aren't ready.

The ones that find it easy, are generally the ones who know why they smoked and have valid reasons for quitting.... AND, most importantly know that smoking does nothing for them and that they are simply better off not smoking.
