Well here I am day four still feeling ok, I have had one or two moments.

Will be so pleased to get to the start of week two. I hate week one and CT my partner is quitting with me again HEHE. He is using patches. Well off to work again soon. have a good day all. Speak later. xxxx

i am glad you are still with us.

you have been here long enough to know my advice, but i will say it again.

ANYTIME you get an urge (to smoke, all other urges must be dealt with in a different manner :eek: ), get your backside on here and read and post.

I think you are CT this time. Please have a look at whyquit, it is so helpfull and explains so much about the feelings you will be going through.

I'm glad your back Linda, stay strong and you will succeed.

Yes I am CT but then I was last time also. Did use patches last year and quit for 6 months that was my first quit ever in 33 years than just over 8 months this time Ct. Hopfully this time my last. xxxx
