hi there hope everyone is ok im still smoke free 8 weeks tomoz for me, going threw a rough patch as my best mate is havin major heart surgery tomoz in a hugh hospital in london so ive travelled 200 miles to be with him and support him so tomoz is gunna be a major test i have net access here so will let u knwo how i get one

Well done Suzy, we're doing FANTASTIC!
I hope everything goes well for your mate, they can do wonders. My dad had the full works, (bypass, valve replacement etc) a few years back and is a new man now. Mind you his problems were caused by smoking and I carried on poisoning myself till now!
Hang on in there no matter how stressful it gets, you don't want to be the patient in a few years time.
