Weekend Wonder!

Good Morning Everyone!

Hope you all had a fantastic weekend. So onto Day 13(.5) now and feeling abit ropey. Last night - my housemate (he quit at the same time as me) and I were talking about how we had "cracked it" - alittle cocky methinks - the "Nicodemon" must have been listening with a glass on my innerwall as today the cravings are back to play. I have heard that entering week 3 can be hard - so maybe this is partly a self fulfilling prophency!

Anyway, as stated on Friday - smoking is not an option and I cannot ever imagine smoking again. One more week on the "full fat" patches and then onto "semi-skimmed".

Looking forward to posting in Week 3 tomorrow.

The main thing I have learned from reading the posts on here is never to let your guard down. Whether you've quit a week, a month, a year or longer.

The icky 3's are often a testing point, but so long as you are ready for any challenge you will stay in control.
