First few days, no problem, day 4 bit more of a struggle...
Day 5 didnt sleep fantasticly last night, woke up feeling groggy, head ache, lack of concentration all day, been tired and tetchy at work..... basically feeling sorry for myself! Wasn't expecting this as last time I tried to quit with NRT, the first couple of weeks were really easy!
Anyway, haven't had an urge to go out and have a fag, just the wierd withdrawal symptons.
Back home now so going to chill, have a glass of wine and go to bed! Day 6 tomorrow so hope I feel a bit more with it!

a lot of people have trouble sleeping - if it goes on maybe you want to try some herbal sleeping tablets to get you through - makes the days easier to deal with if you've had a decent nights sleep
Well done Gavster, you are doing great keep it up .
