9 months Started again aghhhh

absolutely gutted!!! went for nine months then had a few one evening out, then few has increased daily................ gutted, help advice??? dont want to go back on champix aghhhhhhhh

Well to be frank Zappa (sorry couldn't resist ;)) that just shows that there is no such thing as the odd one or two!

I've been there, and the mantra "Never take another puff" is all important.

The thing that I think we all need to get straight in our minds is that we are not sacrificing something good by quitting smoking, we are choosing to live a better life!

cheers folks. dont know what has happened but one thing for sure even after 10 months of saying hats me smoke free....... its a powerful wee beast if you even think about trying out the ONE FAG !

used to be on 30 a day (roll ups), and over past two weeks went from 1 -2 - around 8 a day need to nip it now ( to coin a phrase!!) cheers for the support
