Just swapped my head, and popped positive head on, managed a month then smoked (why oh why)
Back on track, day 2, gutted I caved in!
Sun shining so onwards and upwards for me today

Ok Tracey do the checklist.
1) Do we know why we're quitting.
2) Do we really really really hate smoking.
3) Do we have positive head firmly attached.
You are go for launch
Good luck for today.
Look at it this way Tracey. At least your starting again and didn't totally give in.
Like Sue says. Do the list and get back on track you really don't need them and you know it. No one is bullet proof but you don't have to stand there waiting to be hit. Change your line of attack or method if necessary. You really can do this .

That is the only way of beating this addiction is to draw a line under it and move on whats done is done you cant go back but the fact you went a whole month of not smoking is brilliant
just try and concentrate on the positives and writing a long list of them will certainly help you to stay focused
Just remember not to be hard on yourself hun you will beat this
onwards and upwards is the only way too go
hope you have a great day

Hi Tracey,
As per my post on Donna's thread:
You had a good practice run and now you've started the real thing. You can do it (you will do it and are doing it :D) and I shall be cheering you on.
Thanks for all the support, keeping positive to day.
yeah that's the way. Positive is how you get there, that and holding on for grim death
Nice one Trace xx
Well done Tracey, You can do this.
I'm cheering you on all the way
