Don't worry Suzy, NSD usually fire off a few warning shots to normal members for 'bad bahaviour' (I should know ;))

good job n all i can get well fired up at times spesh when u get people giving you tips on how to stop when u dont smoke we use this site for encouragement and to help others not to tell people how have quit how to stop lol. the daft get lol.
