I can't believe it, I've stopped smoking for 1 months - yikes!! I really didn't think I'd make it this far, but I have and I'm strong enough 2 keep it up.

Yes, I must admit, I am definately finding it easier. I am quite surprised coz I thought it would be much harder, but there you go - you've got 2 try it 2 love it i suppose lol

yep one month mark 4 u me tomoz dynamic duo going strong lol, 4 u that dont know me n philip stopped at same time so were the dymanic duo lol pinched the idea from team opt how ever many is left lol. hope everyone is doing ok in there quits im wantin fag at mo so came on here instead. thats what i do know i only want one know and again so i come on here when i want one n buy time ive finished submitin a thread cravings gone lol.
