Oops i may have posted this in the wrong room:rolleyes:
Never mind.
A few weeks ago i posted about a the first time i sat out side in a pub garden during a spell of nice summer like weather. That time I got a bit twitchy watching my friends smoke.
Last night i was in exactly the same circumstances and i didnt give a monkeys butt. how cool is that.
I have reduced the Champix over the last week or so and will do so again soon the only thing that feels different is that i have lost the feeling of being a little? hard to explain really, but a little on edge, a feeling that i have had since the start of my quit.
Feeling good now.
Have a smoke free day everyone.

I remember my first breakthrough moment too, I felt so smug! When you suddenly realise that life can be the same/even better whether you are puffing on a cigarette or not. Probably the best reason I have for not advocating the use of substitutes. Life goes on, hurrah!
That's a great achievement and I know just how you feel. I still can't believe I can sit watching my friends puff away without the slightest want of a puff. Never thought I would feel that way again after 21 years of the evil weed but We are all doing great and strolling through these tests with heads held high. Well done to you and all on this board who each day move another step forward to total freedom (OK a bit long winded but I've had a few beers :eek
