Well, 16 days in and I'm still going strong, well... ish.
This weekend has been pretty hard. The weather has been gorgeous, and normally I would've been sat in the garden with a beer or two, and smoking as well. I was told by my smoking cessation nurse that a lot of people struggle thru week 3. I haven't exactly struggled but it was hard not doing what I normally would've done.
On the upisde, I've got so much bloody energy at the minute that I haven't been able to sit still long enough to seriously crave a fag!!! I think that's a good thing lol
