Hi all, MayDay Quitters are we all here. We are now into our second week.
Fairywings - Free and Healing for Seven Days, 16 Hours and 39 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 19 Hours, by avoiding the use of 231 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me £58.88.
We are all doing so well now, not as many craves now,
just the habit of looking for them, at certain times,
just after meals, when relaxing.
Keep up the great work folks. xx

Still doing good here, too. Been busy with work and family birthdays!
Seems to be totally fine now - aside from one instance when I came home form work and thought "ahhhh I need a smoke." I just kinda shook my head and said - Nooooo Maedchen. You don't "need" it - you're just bored. I grabbed a book and had a bubble bath instead - and that worked fine
You're right about things smelling better, Fairywings! Waaaaaaaaaay better!
Today's been good so far - although I was sorely tempted yesterday after having a REALLY really really bad day at work. It was like it was all I could think of - this mantra "I wanna smoke, I wanna smoke..." playing over and over in my head.
Then I thought of the thread on here about reasons we started smoking again - and I remembered someone saying a cigarette doesn't fix the problem. It's only sabotaging yourself - and I definitely don't want that.
So - I wrote down everything I was feeling - and then went shopping. I didn't give in - and I am proud of myself! Feeling better today.
Fairywings - Free and Healing for Nine Days, 23 Hours and 16 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 1 Day, by avoiding the use of 299 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me £76.30.
I have had a really good day today. No craves, no bad tempers.
I just bought a trampolin for my kid, with the money i have saved.
