Hi to you all i have been with the forum for some time now and look in most days to see how you are all doing and just thought to day would let you no

that i have reached week30 7months to date on friday 9th may.This is a mirical i smoked for 40 odd years and my first go at stopping so how pround am i to now say that i no longer smoke. So to all you out there keep going be strong and keep saying NO NO NO to old NICK.
