new smells

I never realised what I've missed all these years, we went to Seahouses yesterday and the smell of the sea, sand, fish and chips was incredible, I asked my hubby if the coast has always smelt like this He just laughed and said "Aye see what you've been missing" This made up for my bad day on Friday.

our north east coastline has the best smell , combined with fish and chips its heaven

ive noticed a increase in my smelling abilities, which sometimes isnt good or nice :eek:

Good job C! Glad you're feeling much better than you were the other day. When you get through those days you realise just how worth it this all is.

Bet those fish 'n chips are tasting a whole lot better too aren't they?

Its great isn't it when we are reminded just how well we are all doing by being rewarded with improved senses etc. etc. Its all good!

I notice some good smells but haven't the stinky ones got worse?? I swear I could smell someones cheesy feet on the bus the other day... ewww

I don't have the luxuy of walking to work. I used to walk 30 mins every morning. Now I'm a lard ass who sits on the bus beside smelly people. You should smell the smokers who have just put one out before they step on the bus. The Bang! from that. Me, I can smell my own shampoo and washing powder off my clothes all day *sighs contentedly*

fabric conditioner

Another great smell, fabric conditioner, the kids I work with laugh at me, they ask me to guess their fabric conditioner, it's got to be a bit of a game now, the young people are full of praise at my quit but won't consider it themselves, they can't imagine their lungs in 20 years time even with all the warning signs on packets.
