I'm just a couple of days behind you all, 4months of the 5th. Still have the odd mad igg to havfe a fag, but reality would be it wouldnt be pleasant and that stops me.

Hi Linda, I'm still here, but for some reason yesterday, throughout the day, l kept forgetting that l didn't smoke anymore, and kept thinking " when i've finished doing this or that, i'll have a ciggie".

How mad is that? It's been 4 months now, and l haven't really thought about smoking again for ages:mad:

So lovely to hear from you and soooooo very plesed your still with us. Son had a bit of a slip last sunday & monday not drinking now but set me back a bit. Almost caved myself because we had a big row glad I didnt Just hope things are ok now. Went to my meeting last night so feel a little better today. We are doing well us lot dont want to spoil it.
