dont feel like this is my quit day - these champix are great - it must be them, ive stopped before and it was dreadful , this time its so different!

I'm taking it and it has made the world of

difference..yes, had craves but of the minor variety

and almost all of the psychological not physical

variety..

never managed more than 5 days(of hell:o) quit before

but now nearly on day 19:D...still very early days but

so far so good..

stick with it, its worth it..

wow! if this is as bad as it gets , ive done it this time , im trully amazed- but what happens when you come off the tablets ? my docs sayin she will only give me another 5 weeks worth , do you think that will b enough?
